Whether you’re seeking guidance for yourself, your relationship, or your professional growth as a clinician, my goal is to create spaces where everyone can explore their sexual self.

Complementary Phone Consultation

20 minutes • Free

20-minute phone consultations are free for new clients. Consultation appointments are an opportunity to ask questions, address hesitations or concerns, and/or to assess fit with your therapist. This appointment is not for counselling/therapy, but it will give you an idea of what it might be like to work together.

Consultations are provided through scheduled appointments only and are conducted over the phone, not over video.

Individual Counselling Sessions

50-minute appointments are $175.00
75-minute appointments are $262.50

One-to-one therapy to explore your unique challenges and create meaningful change.

  • Identify your relationship needs and wants

  • Heal from past hurts, relational trauma, abuse and/or neglect

  • Unpack and overcome barriers getting in the way of your sexual wellness

  • Learn how to reduce pressure and anxieties around sex and to enhance your sexual pleasure

  • Feel hopeful and excited about your relationship(s) again

  • Overcome confusion, guilt, and shame around sex and pleasure

  • Reclaim your sexual self and a feeling of confidence in your body

  • Explore and identify your preferences and fantasies

For clients in BC, the appointment prices displayed are subject to an additional 5% GST charge*

*The Government of Canada recently passed Bill C-59 which removes the GST/HST charge on counselling and psychotherapy services in regulated provinces. Unfortunately, BC has not yet finalized the legislative regulation of clinical counsellors and psychotherapists, so we are still required to charge GST. Couples & Relationship Counselling Sessions

75-minute appointments are $262.50
100-minute appointments are $350.00

  • Learn to cultivate curiosity, novelty, and confidence during partnered sexual experiences

  • Learn how to share your sexual preferences and fantasies with your partner(s)

Clinician/Peer Consultations

20-minute phone appointments are $55.00

Clinician Peer Consultation appointments are offered to other clinicians and wellness professionals who are looking for a confidential space to discuss cases. Whether you are a new counselling graduate or a fully practicing clinician, Amy is happy to meet if you have clients struggling with sexual concerns. Amy may also be able to offer professional consultation services on relevant topics to help Organizational Leaders reach their goals of organizational and mental wellness.

The price displayed is subject to an additional 5% GST charge for clinicians in BC, or 15% HST charge for clinicians in NS.

Presentations & Workshops

Looking for a speaker for your next workshop, event, or retreat? In addition to individual and relationship counselling, I’m available to provide educational presentations and group workshops on a variety of sexual wellness topics.

Policies

Payments

Credit cards and e-transfer are both accepted methods of payment.

Payment is due at the time of your session. If you have any questions or need assistance with payment options, please get in touch.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you can do so online up to 48 hours before your appointment, without penalty. This is to allow for sufficient time for someone else to take the time slot if they need it.

If you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, I ask that you notify me by phone, text, or email as soon as possible, and a late cancellation fee will be charged. 50% of the appointment fee will be charged for cancellations when less than 48-hours’ notice is given, and 75% of the fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.

No-shows

If you do not show up for your appointment, I will attempt to contact you 10 minutes into your appointment time. If I don't hear from you, then your appointment may be deemed a no-show and the full appointment fee will be charged.

The no-show fee must be paid on the day of your missed appointment. I may charge the credit card number on your file for the no-show or late-cancellation fee.

I recognize sometimes circumstances arise beyond your control, and I will consider emergencies or illnesses on a case-by-case basis. If you are running late, do not hesitate to let me know by text or e-mail, though I will not be able to extend the length of your appointment beyond the scheduled time.
