My Favourite Recommendations

I regularly get asked for recommendations for educational resources, tools, and toys. I love to share information, so below you will find some of my favourite books and podcasts. Pleasure exploration devices (aka toys) can also bring a ton of novelty and excitement into your solo and/or partnered sex life. They can be a great way to spice up your sex life, create more accessible or affirming exploration of your body, and they can be a fantastic tool to intensify sensation and pleasure.

That said, all bodies are unique, and pleasure is such a personal experience, so I'm very picky with what products I recommend. What feels good for me and my body may not feel good for you.
