Hi, I’m Amy!
I know talking about sex can be hard… But that’s where I come in!
I’m double certified as a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate with specialized training in sex therapy. I’m very passionate about unpacking (and unlearning) societal expectations surrounding sex and intimacy, and bring this enthusiasm into my therapeutic work. Together, we will create a comfortable, open space to honestly explore your questions, wants, and needs. I welcome folks of all genders, orientations, and backgrounds who are looking to shed shame, expand their experience of sexuality and/or gender, and create new sexual possibilities.

Sex therapy is for individuals, couples, or other relationship structures who want to explore their sexual concerns in a safe, non-judgmental space. Let’s take the first step toward a more confident, fulfilling relationship with yourself and others. Sex therapy can help get you there.
Talking openly about sex and intimacy helps to break down stigma and empower people to explore their desires with curiosity and confidence. Group workshops are a great opportunity to share knowledge, spark meaningful conversations, and build a sense of community.
Many folks are led to believe that sex is “natural” and that we “should” know what to do... but we’re not handed a user manual, and even worse, we’re often taught a lot of sex misinformation. Education is a powerful tool and by equipping people with accurate, sex-positive information and resources, I hope to inspire a more open and pleasure-positive society.
